  • We are not responsible forΒ lost or missing return packages


3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Returns must beΒ requested and approved through the portal before shipping

  • Returns sent without approval willΒ not be accepted


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must submit an email through kontakt@norgari.com withinΒ 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photo or video evidence

We will offer:

  • AΒ replacement, or

  • AΒ full refund, depending on the case


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item isΒ received and inspected

  • If approved, the refund will be sent to yourΒ original payment method

  • Please allowΒ 5–10 business daysΒ for processing


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by the customer)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items


7. Order Cancellation
